EBU International Press Freedom Day
International Press Freedom day is something that has more resonance now than ever. This promo was envisioned by Joseph Hoban in RTE as an homage to the bravery of the journalists both in front of and behind the camera. Those who literally put their lives on the line for their profession. The footage of european journalists in the field was tracked and composited onto the separate footage of eyes to give a sense of how close to the action these people really are.
